The Chocolate Truffle Company comprises a small team of chocolate devotees - based in Chelmsford, Essex, and dedicated to providing our customers with the very finestand freshest of hand-made truffles. To that end we source our chocolate from El Rey,a small company in Venezuela. El Rey uses fairly-traded cacao beans direct from both small and large growers to produce - in our opinion - the finest quality product bestsuited to our particular requirements.All the fresh ingredients for our complete range of dark, milk and white chocolate truffleshave been stringently selected and blended - with a dedication to achieving the highest possible levels of perfection, not only in texture, flavour and presentation but alsoin the ultimate unique tasting experience.Once made, our truffles are then carefully hand-packed in elegant and colourful boxesdesigned for safe and prompt delivery by Royal Mail. Because we use fresh cream in ourchocolate ganache we urge you not to spend too long just admiring your treat!Well worth mentioning that we have also recently introduced a range of chocolate bars using El Rey chocolate - again individually hand-made by us using the finest and freshest of ingredients.All our chocolates are sold over the internet.
